I came across a great program (free) today, and recommend you give it a shot..

What it basically does is remove all the so called: "SpyWare" from your system. All those cookies and programs that webpages install to track your movement through the internet for marketing purposes.

ad-aware is free and better


also, i wouldnt trust that, might have spyware itself... not saying it does, but i would rather have something i can trust

Yup Ad-Aware is an awesome program. I think they just updated it to include that crap that Kazaa installs. I forget what it is now.. something Digital Life.. or I don't know....
