Anyone tried this Free Windows controlpanel?

i thought server 2003, offered a free internal one anyway, just check through iis install inside add/remove progs, im sure thats what one of my windows servers has,

Not that I know of, but I am looking for a free external one like Bankoi, which used to be free.

I'm still running version 0.3 on one of the IIS servers at work.
No user based access levels, everyone that authenticates has full access to EVERYTHING. Its made my life much easier though as our web development team can manage everything themselves, plus with a bit of tweaking the install process can be reduced to 2 screens.

I guess it really depends what you want it for.
