Just curious if anyone managed to get lucky. The best I managed to get was JobBoard.US and JobBoards.US.

While I have not registered any for myself, I see that Eskimo.us is still avaialble as of 10:58 EST. ;) :D

I guess that could be a decent 1 word domain, but I certainly have no use for it.

I got Bullschmidt.us (although whether that is one word or two is certainly debatable) and jps.us (my initials).

For those who did not obtain a one word domain name with the .US registrations here are some for those who may want one (even if they aren't the best). Please let someone off this board that doesn't have one take them. Here are a few I came up with that are available at the time of this post before I got bored.

-bucket.us
-thick.us
-romaine.us (like the lettuce i had for dinner)
-douche.us (i'm sure any variations are also available lol)
-harmless.us
-whoa.us
-racoon.us (most animals are probably available?)
-reflectors.us
-puzzlers.us
-screwregistrars.us

Well i got tired of thinking up stuff. There are still a lot available you just gotta think unorthodoxly.

beet.us is still available too...a four letter and one word domain. I don't really need it, since I already have beet.info :D

clemzonguy,

Wow you've been doing some interesting lookup work!
But technically wouldn't screwregistrars.us be considered a TWO word domain name?

Just for the heck of it, here are a few more that are currently available:

puffy.us
comfy.us
scavenger.us

And oddly enough, mullet.us is still available. ;)

racoon.usYou mean raccoon.us right? It also appears to be available.

I managed to score ssl.us and resell.us via enom.

I looked up half a dozen that would have been of interest to me personally and found they all belonged to a company in Israel.

Strange, as they were completely unrelated to each other.
Must be a speculator

It's a bloody shame they don't accept single character names. I would have loved to score:

R.us (toys, kids, babys...)
B.us (wanna.B.us)
2.us (go.2.us)
C.us (come.C.us)

etc. etc. etc...

ToysRus would have come onto you like a tonn of LEGO blocks if you used anything like that :D:D:D

Yeah yeah, they'd probably bankrupt me in the process as well unless they bought me out. :D

I imagine there would be little they could do however if you didn't use toys, kids, or babys. Something like "pets.r.us"... Oh well, it isn't happening anyways. I'll be happy with what I got and hope to develop them in the next couple of months.

Looks like DOS code to print out "Scott" :)

TostyX! You are a geek!

It is exactly what he says.

From the dos prompt, run debug. At the "-" prompt enter "e 100", then paste the hex code, press enter, and at the "-" prompt type "g" (for go) and you'll see it execute.

How many other people have a program as their sig? I thought it was pretty spiffy myself!
