I'm in search for a few (2 or 3) people to share a dedicated server with.

Please don't send me any offers for VDS/VPS systems, as those are too expensive (sharing a dedicated is a lot more wallet-friendly). Also, don't send me offers for managed dedicated servers.....again, wallet.

Also, I'm hoping that one of the people that was on the server had some server admin experience to be the "head" of the server. I don't request root access, so it would more than likely be in that person's control. I would be more than willing (and I hope the "others" would be, too) to have us pay more per month toward the server than the system admin so that they could get some kind of "kick" for doing what they do.

I've found a system admin that will be willing to help us out with the server (I've made a special deal with them). I just need some people to share the server with.

<EDIT> This is going to be a CPanel/WHM seeing as I don't like any of the other control panels. I've done polls before and have found that MANY people prefer CPanel/WHM over the others.

2.5GB of space for $70, where you can get over 40GB of space for less than twice that much is what I'm talking about. I am wanting to have the "participants" of the server to pay me, and then I pay the monthly fee for the server.

Update as of 2:30pm:

I have talked to several interested people in this offer. I just need 1 or 2 more, and we'll be set.

I have received another offer from a different hosting company (I now have a total of 2) and would like to get feedback from anyone interested as to which package we should go with. This package is a MANAGED server, incase anyone had any fears.

May I ask you, Where are the servers going to be housed at?

I am planning on getting a dedicated server through another company. I've received 2 offers and am talking to some of the others that have expressed interest in this. I don't have a clear picture of which offer each of the people involved are going for, so I can't really say where it'll be located. Right now, the 2 offers are for (geographically) Atlanta and Miami.

I am not looking to make profit from this, so please understand that I am giving you (when I speak with you) the best price that I can.
