Due to a control panel bug at Aletia Hosting the non-profit site I maintain, veganoutreach.org, was blocked with a "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" error. The control panel said that 10Gig had been transfered, when only 4Gig had.

5 DAYS , 6 trouble tickets, 3 emails and 2 call later they still have not made any attempt to fix the problem.

Had sites hosted at, literally, a dozen different hosting companies, yet never have I encountered such unparralled incompetence and total disregard for the customer.

I would advise EVERYONE to avoid Aletia Hosting at all costs.

You should contact particular person in the support and ask for help, like the name mentioned in aletiaforum.

i Feel for you, i had not as big of troubles but a tought time trying to get in contact.

Time for aletia customers to jump boat.

I had the same problem when I was at Aletia.
My bandwidth almost showed the double of my actual usage, they told me it was fixed everytime, but it was not.
