I don't think it is that bad. If you include content integration, which is pretty easy, it could be a pretty decent website.
You may not be able to sell it easily now due to the negative opinions posted already... however I think if you work on the wording in your post, and include more details about what comes with it you will do better. You may also want to add a little bit to the template, it couldn't hurt.
