I want to know what is considered to be good navigation/site structure for the average user, so I can improve my site.

I think it would be very hard to classify the best.......I have seen so many that I cant even think of any at the moment.......

Just look through a bunch of hosting sites and decide based on how easy it was for YOU to use it......

On a side note, someone suggested visiting a site which is censored on WHT, hence the post was thrown. WebHostingTalk only censors sites when the people representing such companies do not follow the forum rules usually by self-promoting themselves outside the advertising forum.
