i have posted a ticket to get my vb license verified but i havent recieved a response yet... i posted it a week ago this is getting frustrated because i need it to be verified and i know wht help desk used to be fast within 1 day answers. anyone have any ideas?

Did you click the link on the second page to submit it as well?

When you put in a ticket, it brings you to a second page and you have to click again.

You should ask them for a refund, for the lack of service. Ohhh... wait....

It's rare a ticket is overlooked. For the most parts, any ticket delays are due to delays verifying the license with the relevant company. While in the majority of cases they respond quickly, it's not always the case.
