My reseller has funded his account via paypal funds with USD 70.00 then tried to buy 4 names and only one registered. It says locked for processing. Immediately after that i received a low balance notice. I didnt buy any names. This is a very confusing system. What do we do?

Hello Lauren,

An order will be locked in processing when there are insufficient funds in the reseller account or somewhere in the entire reseller chain. For the system to execute orders successfully, there should always be enough funds to cover for those orders.

You will need to add funds to your Debit Account and click on the RETRY button [to complete Execution of the Order] or click on the CANCEL button [to immediately delete this Order] through the ORDER DETAILS page of the domain name.

Your Threshold balane has been set to USD 50, please refer to Support Knowledgebase link http://manage.directi.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq566.html

Regards,

Raymond

this does not answer my question. does this mean that if MY account is below the threshold that NO ONE in my chain can buy? my resellers account is funded, why cant they purchase?

Hello Lauren,

Orders can be placed even if the Current debit Account balance is lower than the Funds Threshold Level. Tthe Funds Threshold Level is just a reminder Email that is sent to you, that there are Low Funds.

The Criteria is that there has to be sufficient Funds in the Entire Reseller chain.

so if i am reading this correctly, this means that if ANYONE in my reseller chain doesnt have sufficient funds that NO ONE ELSE can make a purchase, even IF they have money in their own account?

reseller 1 has 100.00 and wants to buy a name for 7.99
reseller 2 has 10.00 (below threshold) and doesnt need to buy any names
reseller 1 cant buy because of reseller 2???

even worse, now i am finding that they funded their account via paypal BUT the funds are sitting in MY paypal account. this isnt making any sense. their account shows it is credited but the money is in my paypal account. this is totally confusing!

Consult with their support. You won't get any much here. ;)
