Orders can be placed even if the Current debit Account balance is lower than the Funds Threshold Level. Tthe Funds Threshold Level is just a reminder Email that is sent to you, that there are Low Funds.

The Criteria is that there has to be sufficient Funds in the Entire Reseller chain.

so if i am reading this correctly, this means that if ANYONE in my reseller chain doesnt have sufficient funds that NO ONE ELSE can make a purchase, even IF they have money in their own account?

reseller 1 has 100.00 and wants to buy a name for 7.99
reseller 2 has 10.00 (below threshold) and doesnt need to buy any names
reseller 1 cant buy because of reseller 2???

Work with the registrar you are bound to get better support than using these forums
