Question... I have two domains with Host Rocket, and I've been having problems on and off connecting to the FTP server since Sunday. Yesterday they fixed it for the third time, only to have me try to upload stuff today to find that... yup, broken again.

So I go to rocketsupport.com to file a trouble ticket -- and I get a DNS error. I then go to hostrocket.com -- and I get a DNS error. I got to my website, to my control panel, you guessed it, DNS error.

Is this normal? It's not that my sites are major or anything, but I've been working on new layouts for the past week and it's hard to do anything when you can never FTP... and the two main sites being down just kinda scares me.

I'm a HR customer as well and I haven't had any problems accessing my account, their page, or my control panel...

If you are getting a DNS error that actually sounds like a problem with your ISP...

It kinda seems like your ISP is refusing to connect to anything in the HR systems... Has been know to happen before.
