Is versehost.com any good?

Their pricing looks really nice and I was wondering how the support is etc. Anyone with them?

Our parent company (IBS INC.) has been open for over 12 years and has serviced customers such as AT&T and Merill-Lynch. We aren't one of those hosts that offer super-low prices and then dies a week later.

Also, we offer 24/7 tech support via our helpdesk for most matters (this doesn't work, e-mail stopped, CGI won't work, etc.). The forums are not very active, and I understand why you may be suspicious.

We host some of the category leaders in Yahoo! (won't mention names) that have over 20K hits per day and are satisfied. They are under our standard hosting packages, no special deals, etc.

The brand name VerseHost was only recently put in to use. We were providing web hosting services as a service through other companies (we used to have servers in Hurricane Electric and have companies resell this) and as a side service to IBS INC. customers in the local area.

This is one of the reasons why the forums are pretty silent.

Our services have been running for much longer than the domain registration, and we are experienced and comfortable with running it.

I have a friend who hosts with them, he likes them alot. And has been completely satisfyed so far.

I'm a reseller for Versehost and so far they are proving to be an excellent company for me. Great support, top specs and friendly staff! Go for it guys ;)
