anyone know where I can get a script that will allow users to rate products / retailers?

It can be a simple script, which can allow users to give a product anywhere from 1-5 stars.

Or it can be a complex script which can allow users to give a product a rating and a review.

i have one that can do this is rather easy rates on a 1-10 and has a review option is a php script
