Hey guys, I just made my first flash movie with some text animations and simple tweening. Now it is ready to be published, but now all I want to do is make it entirely linkable to a webpage. In other words, I want the web visitor to be able to click on the movie at anytime and go to a webpage.

So I am in the bahaviors dialouge box and added "Go To A Webpage" behavior... but it is only adding it to the first frame of the movie.

How can I make the entire movie hyperlinked?? Thanks so much for your help. I can't believe I cant figure this out :( hehe.

Create a new layer.

Slap a hotspot over the top of the entire canvas (a box/button symbol with alpha set to 0% works nicely).

Use the getURL command.

Publish.

Go have a beer :)
