I've created my Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy for my webhost by using my provider's ToS. Unfortunately there's no provision banning the reselling of accounts. I've Googled and searched about a dozen webhosts, but I couldn't find any language that says reselling of accounts is prohibited. Does anyone have anything like this in their ToS that I could borrow and incorporate into mine?

I know that speaking with a lawyer is the best option. But unfortunately one must sometimes make do when one has limited financial resources. I think that copying someone else's language would suffice in this instance.
