DedicatedNOW Data Center
The DedicatedNOW Data Center resides in Clifton, NJ, just 14 miles from New York City. This new facility boasts enormous growth potential allowing us capabilities of up to 55,000 sq ft of pure datacenter floor space, and ease of access to backbone providers. Currently, the facility incorporates over 7,500 sq ft of completed raised floor data center space, along with 5000 sq ft of corporate office space which includes a front reception area, conference rooms, and ample space for our employees. bliang, please review my second post in this thread, that covers the different levels of server management we offer. ALL servers come with ManagedNOW Stage 4, it's up to you if you want to bump that up to Stage 3 or 2. :)

any chance of you all supporting DirectAdmin in the future? I'm a convert from Plesk and as I've made perfectly clear, me and cPanel don't like each other. I really like what I've heard about your company and having DA would make me a convert from one of your competitors.

Clearly you can't support every OS and every CP and for customers to think you can is unrealistic but boy oh boy that would be a nice option. :)

Have anyone tried the ManagedNOW server management plans ? Would you recommend me to opt for the ManagedNOW service from them (since I feel it would be better to get support from the Data Center itself as they would be knowing more about their hardware) or would be it better to opt for a server management company like platinumservermanagement ?
