Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with Hostgator. It's been just over 12 months sinse we joined Hostgator and in that 12 months we have needed to contact support just once.

The Uptime has been excellent and the Customer Service is the best ever experienced. If anyone asked me to recomend a hosting company Hostgator.com would be it.

The Staff especially Andre are the most helpful, always approachable. The Owner Brent has gone out of his way to help me and my family when times have been hard due to my health and they have been a rock.

If it wasn't for Hostgator our business would probably of been over meaning more problems for us during a very trying time. For regular visitors to the forum they may recall reading a post regarding Ill health and suspension of our account which was posted by my Girlfriend.

I am the Boyfriend of Kerry that many of you sent your well wishes to (Rich) thanks!

Hostgator unsuspended the account as soon as they realised the situation and have worked with us for 3 months with patience of which I can only thank them.

Andre and Brent are a real credit to the hosting business. All I can say is Thank you hostgator for a great, honest hosting service and for exceeding your duties in the hosting business by helping me and my family through a hard period which is now starting to end for us.

This is a perfect example of how staying with a host who is willing to work with you during trying times, and working things out intelligently almost always works out.
