I download raw access log from cpanel which took nearly an hour but it saves as an ms-dos application on my desktop( windows xp sp2), i renamed it to a .txt like some website said but its still an ms-dos app and i still cant open it and it crashed my pc trying to open with notepad lol.
How do you guys view the raw access logs? If you can get it with ssh please tell me the command for this. Thankyou

Are you sure you're actually renaming the file to a .txt instead of "example.txt.com" which I think is the case here...

Nah im renaming it to blahblah.txt without the .com. But it says windows cannot open this file i dont have permission. Also please check your .PIF file i dnt know what that means. Any ideas please?
