Hello singhoo, no we do not install Webmin but customers are allowed to do so if they wish.

The second month free package only covers the basic server which is $59.00. Additional fees will be charged for the second month.

Hello nextgenhosting, average setup time is generally the same business day as when you have paid for the server. This is what we are aiming for.

Our policy states that it may sometimes take up to 2 business days to get a server setup due to an increased demand for a certain type of server.
