I want to transfer many of our files to others server (still one network).

I use "ncftpget" ...but speed about 10k/second only!

My friend suggest use "rsync" will be faster.

is it true? "rsync" faster than "ncftpget"? why?

i suggest you to use rackbackup.sh. i backup my server data with this script and its easy to use.
