At the offset, I would like to say that I am hosting some sharewares which we wrote. Most of our downloads are hosted on an external site but we do want to allow them to download from our main site as a secondary download location.

Here are the major specs of what I need :-

1) Hosting Space : 100 to 120mb
2) Bandwith : 10 to 15gb
3) Domain Pointing : I need to point another domain name to the main x1
4) Sub-domain : I would need 2 sub-domains to point to the sub-directories
5) Email Support / Preferably with SMTP support : I would need to mail my clients as and when there are some updates.
6) POP3 Account : 10 accounts
7) FTP Access : For me to upload the web files.

Others :
a) Web Email Access : Nice but not too ncessary
b) NT Hosting : Nice but not necessary
c) Dedicated IP Address : If not available, immediate access to ftp and set up accounts to minimize downtime.
