has anyone had any experience with these 2 companies

alpha.com & chatcircuit.net
i tried alpha`s website and found it slow also some of their clients pages no longer exist some others where too slow to load

chatcircuit.net looks ok and seems fast ,just waiting for a reply to my mail

i also looked at accunet but althought the service looks good i dislike the plesk control panel
