Hello, I have worked in the industry for quite a long time and am interested in going part time now. I will soon be starting college and will not have time to work full time at my hosting company or do full time technical support for others. I know 30-40 hours weekly is considered full time by many but for me, full time is ~60 hours weekly. Resume will be provided upon request, resume contains references you may contact.
What I can do for you company for $400 monthly: *all times are GMT-8*
- Live support from 4PM until 11PM weekdays and 10AM until 12AM weekends (also applies to holidays and other non-school times)
- Unlimited number of tickets within the live chat hours
- Forum support as well as other support mediums
- Build up FAQ's and add content to the forum
- Manage websites for you or your clients
All this I will do for you for a mere $400 monthly, paid bi-weekly or monthly. I am able to put in around 30 to 40 hours weekly, so I can cover a whole shift if needed. I am willing to work for less if benefits (server, products, etc--not hosting) are available.
If interested, please PM me with contact details or post a reply that you are interested.
P.S. I would rate myself as a Level 1.5 Technical Representative. I am willing to work for more payment but $400 is the minimum that I am willing to work so that I can support my monthly costs for college.
Thanks for reading.
