We have one client, who has registered a domain at Enom through another reselleraccount, now he wants to transfer his domain to our reselleraccount...how this can be done?! Can it be done without "Push A Domain" function from the another Reselleraccount owner or does the other reselleraccount owner have to push the domain to our reselleraccount?! The client is registered as an admin for his domain, but he has not the passwords to domainmanagment. Please help us...

The enom reseller who owns the enom account that "contains" the domain name is the only one who can push the domain to another enom account.

in old days its possible to send the password to admin/registrant email from a registryrocket link and was VERY handy

anyhow if the domain is NOT locked (ACTIVE status) you can request a registrar transfer and it will be transfered/renewed like a regular registrar->registrar transfer
