How can I show a specific page with not configured websites? Because now it shows the first website in the Apache config.

just create a virtual site for the domain and the default cobalt administration page will come up for the site. if you do not create the virtual site in the cp then the first site on that ip would show up. :)

Yes, I noticed that. I don't want to add a virtual site first. I want a site for special site for sites that are not configured, because I've many domains pointing to my Cobalt without any use yet.

i would suggest you to get a new IP and host the custom page on that ip and then point all the sites to that IP. thats the only solution i can think of rght now :)

if your registrar allows it then point them to a virtual site with the custom page.
if you do your own dns then you can define a cname entry for the specific domain to point to a virtual site
