Mailing address...? I would suggest making a stronger statement than I will provide my mailing address... that isn't all that much security, I think you will illeviate people's worries if you build on that.... just trying to offer some constructive criticism.

I will provide anything needed to obtain the trust of my potential clients. I will sign contracts, provide contact info ect.

What content is allowed or not allowed to be hosted and what program/scripts etc can or can not be hosted. A lot of hosts don't like Ikonboard or IRC etc.
