anyone have established an LLC in either Georgia or North Carolina?

I need some help finding specific procedural information on how to form an LLC - and what other things I need to do in order to form one.

if you've formed an LLC in either GA or NC, can anyone send me in the right direction as to outline all the things I am required to do?

thanks for the link - i found an outline like that before but was on another (non-state/gov) site so i had some doubt.

So, LLC require annual registration fees as shown on that site?
hmm, didn't know that til now ;)

edit: errr, whats an annual report for registration? i think NC charges $200 for it... :eek:
