I registered these domains several months ago. I'm not sure the .info domains will gain in value or not. So I'm thinking of putting these domains on ebay as a package. The registrar charges $35.00 to transfer ownership and I guess that's per domain. What might be a good selling price to ask for all 8?

From what I have heard other people say, .info names really don't have that much value. $35.00 is a lot for a transfer too.

Doesn't hurt to try to sell the names although I can tell you ebay's track record of domain names that are actually sold is not so great.
If I were you, I would wait at least for a year until selling them.
Right now that tld is still new and people are not used to it. I think it will change after some time has passed and the first websites have been developed.
That doesn't hurt you anyway, since you had to prepay for two years.

I agree. I bought a bunch of .Info domains recently as a longer-term investment - for business rather than reselling. I wouldn't think of reselling for 1-2 years at least - if they're to increase in value, it will take at least that long.
Sonic, 2 suggestions:
1. Transfer to a Registrar who doesn't charge for transfer of ownership [see recent GoDaddy thread here (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=46167)].
2. Consider selling the names separately if you still want to. Some are not related to others, so the apckage would be lower value to most buyers.

We do very few .INFO domain registrations at DiscountDomainRegistry.com (http://DiscountDomainRegistry.com) . .BIZ is a bit more popular. It looks like .US mignt be a big hit though.
