Hi,
Anyone that had bad experiences with datahosts support ? Please post your opinion here.
I have a reseller account with they. I lost my password and they do not reset my password after 48 hours that I sent a call.
I am waiting yet.

Hi all,
72 hours passed and I donīt received my account password yet.
Be careful, if you are datahosts customer and lose your password will wait more than 72 hours to receive a new password.
Elijah John, please explain to WHT members why takes so much time to reset an account password.

Your customer Spammed numerous email accounts which violated our t.o.s. Access to said account was removed.
I cannot believe you post these things in WHT, after we worked things out in regards to your account/s and even gave you special pricing on some of your accounts.

No, we will never contact your customers, we have more then enough and don't need anymore :) and besides they were violating the t.o.s by sending lots of Spam.

John, I have 3 dedicated servers with datahosts and one server are down since 4 hours.
I send emails to support, pager, and I not have response.
Can you help me?
