Hello,

All of our servers are located in San Diego, CA. You can download a test file from http://www.zanadoo.com/10meg.txt.

A test IP is 209.216.241.3

To setup a server it usually takes 24-48 hours. If you need a server urgently we can also accommodate you.

I can attest that Zanadoo has a very solid network. I've been with them for almost a year now, and have yet to see any network downtime.

and in the instances when I have a mishap and I lock up the server, the tech department is just a phone call away and is very prompt.

I am a satisfied customer, and happy that I found these guys. Its the personal support I needed, as I often felt lost in the mix at other more well known datacenters.

wanna share my exprience.

signed up...i guess it's christmas time so it takes longer than 48 hours to set up.
unfortunately, once it 's live to start testing, the server is not completed. all the requirements are not there. i'm stuck and still wait for them to reslove.

i find that the key/important point to improve is support/helpdesk/ticket system.

i'm at oversea using email to contact. without ticket system,i have no clue what's going on with the support request. the response time is kind of slow ,i wait hours with no reply.

it's much better to acknowledget and provide the ETA or timeframe.

and once again, maybe holiday peiod. i will gather more information and post here.

hope this is helpful.
