If I want to add a program (such as a perl ftp script that I wrote) to my control panel, is there a Control Panel that can do it?

I've looked at all of the demos on CPanel, Ensim, and Plesk, and checked them out extensively. Unless I missed something, it looks like the only one that can do this is Ensim; but I'm not
sure about that. Please advise.

Further, it appears that Ensim is the only control panel that gives you root access. Is that correct?

As much as I like CPanel, it appears Ensim gives more control???
