Where do I find FAQ of WHM and CPanel? I also would like to know where I can find Documents on how to use these programs.... Any help would be appreciated. :)

They never wrote one... for either.

The only ones you will find around any good are the ones written by web hosts - CPanel / WHM severely lacks an official manual for users, it's a matter of finding out for yourself or reading one of the hosts help manuals.

The forums http://www.cpanel.net are a good resource.
