I am using dreamweaver to create my website, I fouund that the layout comes out differently if I use firefox instead of IE or vice versa..are there any ways i can fix that?

There are lots of differences between browsers. You have to design to fit the majority. IE and Firefox use CSS different, as well as some other things, such as table alignments. If you show us a link, we might be able to make some suggestions.
