how to copy a recordset with altered key field?

for ex:

TITLE______ISBN(key)___PRICE
abc vol.1___12345______22.22
(copy above record)

TITLE______ISBN(key)___PRICE
abc vol.1___12345zzz____22.22
(i can modiy the key alone later)

how to do?
