Hi all,

I got one adult site with original collections of webcam girls movie clips and pics.
There's also a forum with 10k+ members.

I'm already making some money with a 3rd party live cam provider... but the revenue is slow. I also use friendfinder links but they suck!

Any suggestions on how I can make more money with this site?

you have to make your site stand apart from the competition. Just as with any site.

Have you tried doing affiliate linkings? I Know a friend that does through a few different adult companies and he makes a killing.

If you like your work, sell your site, and start a new one.

Trust me, if you think your current projects are good, then starting a new one from scratch will give you plentyl of new ideas, whilst having the experience of your current venture...

Have you tried posting on any of the adult webmaster forums? There are always tons of ideas on there. Just go to google and search for "Adult webmaster Forum."

Thanks for all the suggestions. The site requires just less maintenance because the member often upload their own medias. So i'm not that keen to sell it. Maybe in the future.

If you wanna stay in porn, signup for a few affiliate programs, and get listed on a few big name TGP's. Programs these days pay out a good chunk of change per signup you draw in.

Banner advertising, selling membership are two good ones that you can use.

The truth is, i'm making more money with my other decent sites using only AdSense. I'm just not good in monetizing an adult site. Right now i'm only using 2 affiliates including adultfriendfinder that sucks.

I've used AFF on some sites which get hits from porn sites...I have a whooping $0.07 in the past month when i checked earlier! It says $1 a referal, but my arse it is!

This might be a stupid idea, but you might consider hiring actors and do your own mini movies maybe? Many sites do that these days but I think they use contracts or something, and I'm not sure about how much it actually costs to hire actors.

I said my AFF affiliate sucks... i don't know how to describe yours. I earn more in 1 day from adsense than in 6+ months from AFF. So for me this adult site is my first and last.

Perhaps you could offer a free access, sponsored by ads, then a premium access which gets "first dibs" on new stuff, gets better/high quality stuff or high res videos/pictures etc..

AFF generally converts well depending on which of their banners you use. You realy need to read some of the adult webmaster forums like www.xbiz.com or alike. There is also an adult trade show in Las Vegas in Jan if you are really serious about the business

Any good recommendation on top adult affiliate programs. Actually the 10k is not just for forum, it's actually site wide. There is a member area where a user needs to signup b4 they can access it. This member area consists of medias that are uploaded by members themselves.

The site is 1 year old, and the site gets around 400 referral from major search engine everyday. Not to mention recurring visitors.

My site generate 100+ clicks per day for AFF. The problem is, most people, doesn't give a 5h!t about AFF. So they don't register.

I need affiliates that will pay me good money for all the clicks. Just like how AdSense pays me for my other non-adult site.

If you are sending traffic to affiliates, you can build a paysite and send the traffic to that. Like a few people said, if you are serious, you should be checking out some good adult boards out there. That's what I do. :)
