Please vote here either Yes or No -

We are filing a complaint against Google - because they have suspended our accounts stating that fraud clicks.

Google is not giving our money nor they are informing about clicks ( I think thats there policy about not informing about clicks, but whats up with the money)

I will file a complaint to NY General Attorney Office regarding this. If you guys are with me and ready to file a complaint together please email your story to tigerbabba@gmail.com

This is what happend with me :-===

Hello,

I have a google adsense for quiet a long time and I have saved around 1K in my account , today I have received an email from Google stating that my account is suspended. Does that mean all my money in Google Adsense is GONE ? Thats what I assume if yes than can you get re-instated if not than is there any other service like Adsense which is not too picky also I never click on my own ads therefore I have no clue the reason of suspending my account here is the email they send me this morning :-

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the Google ads on your site(s). We have therefore disabled your Google
AdSense account. Please understand that this step was taken in an
effort to protect the interest of the AdWords advertisers.

A publisher's site may not have invalid clicks on any ad(s), including
but not limited to clicks generated by:

- a publisher on his own web pages
- a publisher encouraging others to click on his ads
- automated clicking programs or any other deceptive software
- a publisher altering any portion of the ad code or changing the
layout, behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads for any reason

Practices such as these are in violation of the Google AdSense Terms
and Conditions and program polices, which can be viewed at:

https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms?hl=en_US
https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=en_US

Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed further
participation in AdSense and do not receive any further payment. The
earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected
advertisers.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

I think I wont get my money back but I will file a law suit against them for something I didnt do ? WTF.

Please re-commend some other good CPC company , I did applied for YPN but they take way to long to approve.

Thanks for your time.

Also, we actively monitor sites in Google AdSense to check for continued compliance with our policies. If we find sites that do not comply with our policies or Terms and Conditions, we will suspend or terminate the accounts. In some cases, payment for clicks may be refused.

Good luck with your google lawsuit

Best way to not get suspended and lose your money is to comply with ToS which is updated on a regular basis.

oh and there is humor in this

Google may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate all or part of the Program, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate the participation of any Site in all or part of the Program for any reason.

Sorry, that's from Section 6 of the TOS to which you agreed. There's absolutely no legal backing for your defense.
