You would just initiate the transfer from the gaining registrar. Just make sure the domain name is locked and if the name is EPP based make sure you get the correct AUTH code

Extensible Provisioning Protocol, it the main technical protocol that registrars speak to the registries. Extensions such as .us, .org, .info ,.biz use this

You meant NOT locked, right? :)
And - you'll have HARD time getting an EPP code from Yahoo. On the help page they say their 'support' will give you one when you'll decide to transfer away. Good luck dealing with so-called Yahoo support...

That id what I am talking about since you can not find on their web site about transfering domain and probably that is why they have domains for 2.99$ but you will have to stay with them.
I have some domain for sale and domain that I have sold.It would be ok to transfer that domain to buyers registar even i can change DNS a let buyer using it but buyer will be happy ofcourse if I transfer that domain to his registar.

Yahoo DO support transferring out. They do NOT support transferring in.
If you sold your domains, you MUST transfer them to the buyer's account elsewhere (this is what I understand by 'selling a domain'). First thing you should do is unlock them, then change administrative contact to the new owner, including his email and advise him to initiate transfer. If domain is EPP-based (i.e. .us, .org., .biz or .info), first you need to obtain EPP code from Yahoo support and tell it to the new owner.
That's it. Good luck!
