I found the similar domain as mine, we are both running the webhosting business.

cenixhost.com, I bought on 31st Dec 2004.
zenixhost.com, he bought on 21-Jun-2005.

enixhost = same word but different in first letter.

I've contacted the government about business name, they said if I buy a trademark for CenixHOST then Zenixhost will not allowed to use similar as mine.

What's your opinion about similar name? Well I don't mind if people using mine as similar. It'll be confused to people between cenixhost and zenixhost. What if they ask zenixhost is ours? :S

Note: I am owner of CenixHOST, not zenixhost.

Have you considered that maybe Zenixhost was not aware of your brand? Try a friendly email to them and see what their responce is, otherwise a trademark may be your best bet.
