I have no problem paying a salary but you have to prove that you are the type of person who deserves one. People who request a base salary must provide a proven track record of success with references. (i will check)
I will need the following:
-Salary history of your previous jobs (don't ask for more than you normally earn)
-amount of sales you averaged in quantity and revenue weekly and monthly
-contacts of your previous employers (we will verify the above)
You also will be required to record all phone calls and submit along with a weekly work log of your activities
We ask this to avoid paying somene to sit around and surf the net - or someone who does not have strong sales skills and produces no results and can only give excuses as to why there were no sales but should still be paid.
Again if you have a VERIFIABLE and PROVEN track record, I have no problem paying a salary - if you cannot produce all of the above, please do not request a salary.
We have been in business since 1991 and look forward to many more years of service.
