try pxtek.com, I've been with them for over 17 months, always reliable, and i got this free client management script with my reseller account, good uptime + support, still havent had a problem.

P4Host is a personal recommendation. They're small, and it seems I always talk to the same guy when getting support, but sometimes that's a good thing if you're a small player yourself. I'm fairly certain they're just reselling someone else, but until I can find it I'll stick to P4.

HostGator would be a good option

I use www.p4host.com and have used them for years and I must say I had 100% uptime in a traffic heavy environment. I had even gone over my limit by 20% and they still kept the traffic going. i am very happy especially with their support (most cases its less than 10 minutes) and thats via email.
