Its been a while since I needed anything major done, I am looking for a coder who is capable of putting together something that is clean (w3 validator checked), I have a design which needs to be sliced and coded ASAP, please only reply if you are certain that you can do anything of the sort.

Depending on the layout itself and what you need in terms of PHP/CSS I'm pretty sure I can do it. It's really difficult to say "Only reply if you know you can do this" without giving the layout in the first place.
