They're expensive but I think well worth the $$$$$. Good box - good datacenter [NAC] - good support - been in business since 1997 - they supply heaps of hosts around here.

Their admin office is in the same building as the NAC datacenter and they have access to the datacenter and know the owner of NAC etc.

I will get one most probably [98%]. :)

Watch the double payment for the 1st month and 6th month when you sign up though. I didn't realise that. There's no setup fee but you have to pay the 1st month and the 6th month upfront. It's a 6mth contract too. Billing is the 1st of the month recurring etc.

I spent quite a while on IM with Jayglate [Jason] and he was extremely helpful and very polite. He answered all my questions with confidence. :)

A while back I think you mentioned something about the DCNJ BW being backed up by NAC BW, did that ever happen or is it still in the works?

I have been with them for about 7 months now and the uptime and support has been awesome, I am on the NAC BW so I can not speak to the DCJN BW! If you need highly reliable service and support I highly recommend spending the extra money and going with pweb.

Thanks Curt. I already sent the email to jason to get the ball rolling. I crave reliability and excellence and this offer seems to provide that. Yes I also will be on NAC BW. It's expensive but you get what you pay for and I don't mind paying for quality and peace of mind. I'd like to keep sleeping well at night. :)
