I am wanting to add a bullited board to a site I am working on and was looking for the most secure and feature rich buliten board I could find that was also free fat chance i'll find anthing

If you lease you can only run it for one year, and at the time, your lease is up, and you must either release it, or remove the software from your site... A paid company tends to stay around more, look what happend to Ikonboard.... And also, you tend to get better support for the product because they can afford to pay for a support staff... And also pay for better programmers.... Is phpBB2 the closest match? I don't think anything is.... vB is the best product, so far, in 6 months there might be something better... But I doubt it, maybe in a year we'll see big competitor with vB....
