I am a webdesigner and rescently i have decided to start hosting reselling business. Please tell me the first five steps which i must take.

I have a domain and hosting reselling account with godaddy. But i want to grow that business to the next level.

Well to start off well in the industry you to start with detailed plan. Now that you have the domain and resellers account, you need to start planning the following things.

1.Website-Setup a well detailed website
2. Support is a must. Make sure you have a good support plan layed out. A ticket system and live support are always good.
2. Make sure you have a good billing system in place. things like Modernbill or WHMautopilot are good script that help with this.
3. Advertising Campaign-Decide how you are going to advertise your site. Things like banner ad, word of mouth, buiness cards, link exchanges, and things of that sourt.

Things will be a few things to get oyu started. If evenone has any others please give your thoughts.
