I apologise if this is the wrong place to post this if so I would apreciate if it could be moved however I am not actually advertising my product (at least I think I am not) rather than looking for feedback and opinions on what you would like in a hosting customer management system.

I have designed my own system whilst very basic and lacking an admin backend for customisable emails i have made some of the basics.
