I have terminated some account in whm but I see in /home/xxxx directory why can't delete cpanel ?
is it settings problem or bug ?
my cpanel version is WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.8.0-S59

hmm it should have deleted the account completely ... I hope you let the account termination process complete when you were terminating the account..

Anyway ... try running /upcp once on your server prior to some other account termination.
