Are there any billing clients that allow the ability for users to create custom plans? EX: For me to be able to choose select boxes and options, and the price be determined on each selection. If I wanted to have space, bandwidth, IPs, etc all customizible, is there any billing client that would allow that? I heard ClientExec allows it, but I'm not sure.

I'm not 100% sure, but I use ModernBill and I have options to add more bandwidth and space.

I highly suggest you, to create special plans for the client. Is better for the business.

Custom-made plans is usually the better way (custom as in, you talk to the customer and they tell you what they want). However, I know that WHM 3 will have what you want whenever they decide to release that.

There was a addon for WHMAP V2+ that allowed you to let the customer choose a custom plan based on disk space, bandwidth etc
