I have a customer that has informed me of the following error:

"when choosing the send option to get the dump file, it warns that it can not find server"

Has anyone ever experienced this problem? How can it be fixed? I have never used phpmyadmin myself, it is accessed through the Plesk control panel.

"Internet explorer can not download tbl_dump.php3 from
2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Internet explorer was not able to open this Internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or can
not be found.Please try again later."

This is a virtual account (not unique IP)
