I need to dispute a couple of charges on my credit card from hosting companies...I have a few dated emails showing when I cancelled these accounts (got billed for an additional month after cancelling) Would this be sufficient documentation for a chargeback?

Also if anyone from HostRocket is reading this, I received a charge of $3 USD for urgent support, but my question did not get answered for several hours.

Not quite sure what account is yours, but if you send in another ticket they will take care of that for you asap. http://www.hostrocket.com/support/

$3 for urgent support? Wow, never thought I would see that! I bet you wont even need any docs. Just call your credit card company and tell them that you requested a refund or cancellation and they kept billing you and you need to charge it back as they will not refund the money. They will handle the rest, as the credit card company is now involved and the hosting company has to PROVE their case.

I never thought I'd se $55/month for 15gb of bandwidth ;) But anyways, what it does is it allows our business and higher end account people who get it free, the comfort of knowing their ticket won't sit longer than 10 minutes. Its not required and during the day most of our tickets dont sit more than 5 minutes anyways, just there for peace of mind if someone wants it. Why his didn't get done in time is a matter for me to yell and the guys working at that time about.
