Whoever spams is wrong. Whoever use the information for any other purpose is wrong too. Nobody should use that information even when is publicly available. Persons and business who use such information are not driven by any ethical judgements and outstanding business practices. People get involved in these kind of actions simply because they are unethical profit seekers. Thse words apply to many circunstances.
