We have only TWO of these currently available. This is a brand new server, in the DV2 datacenter. You will be one of only 5 accounts on the server. You will not find this plan on our website, it is a one-time only deal to complete the setup of this server. When the two accounts are sold, there will be no more until (if) we need to set up a similar server again.

The server is located in the DV2 datacenter in Atlanta, GA. Bandwidth is multi-homed, Aleron (primary) and Cogent. It is a P3 (1Ghz) server, with 512MB of RAM, and 2 40GB Hard Drives (one used as a backup drive). RedHat 7.2, Apache, php 4.1.2, etc..
Support is handled through our regular client helpdesk. We are in the process of interviewing dedicated support techs (who will handle ONLY this server, and the next one we set up like it). We will soon be guaranteeing 2-hour response time on ALL support issues (once we have our agreement in place for dedicated reps - will be within 1-2 months). Current average response time (for all clients) is approximately 4-hours.
Additional space/bandwidth is priced at $3 per 100MB of space, and $3 per 1GB of bandwidth per month, respectively.
Static IPs are available for $2 each per month (2 are included if bought as a $65/month reseller plan with 'private' name servers ).
There will be five clients on this server (three are already in place). You are GUARANTEED the space/transfer quoted - WE DO NOT OVERSELL OUR RESOURCES. We will not add any additional clients to this box, regardless of how low utilization may be.
You do NOT get ROOT access. SSH is considered 'as needed'. We would prefer, to maintain the integrity of the server, that no clients be given SSH access. Mostly any tasks you need to perform (cron jobs, file management, etc..) are available through Cpanel. We will work with you on installing modules, scripts, etc. (within reason - we will not open up the server to SPAM attacks or install otherwise insecure modules or scripts).
Daily backups are performed. They are FULL system backups, in case of a crash, for data to be restored as a complete system. You (and your clients if you are a reseller) are ultimately responsible for backing up your own files. We do NOT do restores of individual files. We do offer scripts that we've written to allow you to back up your files and mySQL databases, and have them Emailed to you, all automated through cron.
Sorry, we will not 'break' these plans into smaller packages (however, we are planning on offering 'standard' reselling in the near future). Our intent is to minimize the number of accounts on this server, to maximize performance.
